I've always enjoyed eating; I’ve always been a foodie, and every diet I’ve tried has often backfired. But it was being alone with myself that was doing the most damage to me.
I had no one to guide me, let alone the desire, time, or imagination to prepare extremely complex meals, so i gave up and failed.
Let's face it: while doing things on one's own is sometimes preferable, when it comes to a diet, at least some moral support is required.
